Do you offer refunds ?As a general rule we do not give refunds on hair services or any aesthetic procedures. If you are unsatisfied with your hair or procedure we will do everything we can to correct it. We will refund products with the presentation of the receipt. If you have used the product but feel that what you have purchased is unsuitable, we will be able to swap it for something that meets your need.

what constultation type of consultation do you offer?Kimage offers 2 types of consultation. An over the phone consultation. You will need to contact the salon by calling their direct line or mobile, emailing, texting to discuss your hair or procedure needs. your specialist will always advice you the best options of care for your hair and aesthetic procedures. Face to Face consultation A Face to face consultation will take place at the salon. At this consultation we will discuss your hair care or aesthetics procedure needs, consultation forms as well as after care.

Why do i need a colour test?Your health and wellbeing is a priority. Some people already have or can develop an allergic reaction to hair colour products which can result in hospitalisation. This precautionary measure helps ensure that we can safely apply colour to your hair without risk of a reaction.

What happens if i'm late for an appointment?We ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment. Should you arrive late, we will do our best to keep your arranged appointment, however we may have to shorten or change the appointment to ensure the other guests for the day aren’t affected.
