As a general rule we do not give refunds on hair services or any aesthetic procedures. If you are unsatisfied with your hair or procedure we will do everything we can to correct it.
We will refund products with the presentation of the receipt. If you have used the product but feel that what you have purchased is unsuitable, we will be able to swap it for something that meets your need.
Kimage offers 2 types of consultation.
An over the phone consultation.
You will need to contact the salon by calling their direct line or mobile, emailing, texting to discuss your hair or procedure needs. your specialist will always advice you the best options of care for your hair and aesthetic procedures.
Face to Face consultation
A Face to face consultation will take place at the salon. At this consultation we will discuss your hair care or aesthetics procedure needs, consultation forms as well as after care.
